We are seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager to join a leading creative production studio specialising in design, print, fabrication, experiential brand activations and nationwide installations for luxury brands, museums and major clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage high-profile projects from initial brief through to production and installation, while helping lead and develop a project management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and projects from brief to final delivery.
• Coordinate creative, design, production and installation teams.
• Oversee budgets, quotations, timelines and project finances.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
• Identify opportunities for new business and account growth.
• Lead, mentor and develop project managers and coordinators.
• Maintain high standards of quality, health and safety, and sustainability.

Skills and Requirements

• Proven experience in creative project management, production, graphics or experiential environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and client expectations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines.

Experience in luxury brands, retail visual merchandising, experiential production or large-scale installations would be advantageous.
