We are looking for Project Managers to join the National Theatre's Capital Projects team.
These roles are responsible for the day-to-day planning, development and delivery of Estates capital, infrastructure and building projects for the National Theatre across its estate.
The projects will vary in size and complexity, typically between £50k and £5m, and these roles are expected to manage a portfolio of projects in different stages of planning and delivery at any one time.
The roles will work closely with the Estates team, internal stakeholders, the project team, contractors, consultants and other external advisors to maximise the outcome and benefits within the constraints set by the project parameters, including cost, resource and access.
The roles should aim to deliver these projects without adversely impacting day to day operations, in particular rehearsals and performances
The successful candidates will have the following:
Demonstrable experience of delivering a portfolio of capital projects to a high standard, dealing with senior leaders, colleagues, contractors, consultants
Project management qualification, or demonstrable experience of using a prescribed governance framework
A highly motivated individual who has the ability to work on their own and as part of a team
An appetite and aptitude to absorb and understand complex concepts
Strong communication skills
